However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product. Our returns and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a smooth experience for all our valued customers.
Returns
Custom Trophies
As custom trophies are personalized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In the event of a defective or damaged custom trophy, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Readymade Trophies
Currently we Don’t accept returns for trophies except if the trophies are damaged or not as promised. In the event of a defective or damaged trophy , pls contact our executive within 2 working days of recieving your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, style, or design, please contact our Executive to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and additional charges may apply for any price differences.
